1. I use LiveCad version 2 but there is no tab under the construction bar, so I can't create any rooms.
The problem is not directly due to 3D Architecture. This is simply due to a problem with the account "privilege" under Vista.
To permanently solve this problem and get 3D Architecture working properly there is a simple and efficient manipulation:
- On your desktop, place the mouse cursor above the 3D Architecture shortcut and right click.
- Click on the "Properties" option at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
- From the "Properties" window that you have just opened, and in the "Accounting" tab, check the "Run this program as administrator" box
- To finish click on Apply or OK
2. I have downloaded the demo version of LiveCad, but I need an install key. How can I get an install key?
The install key is automatically sent to you by E-mail when you subscribe on www.livecad.net . The subscription is very quick and entirely free.
3. The install key that I received doesn't work, can you send me another one ?
The install keys are generated automatically and are directly linked to your E-mail address. There therefore cannot be an error with the install key, there can only be an error with your copy of the key (or with your email address).
When you copy your key, make sure that you didn't mix up the 0 and the O, the 1 and the l, and that there are no spaces, etc.
The best way to avoid this type of error is a copy and paste operation. Be careful that you don't add any spaces when you copy the key! This would cause the key to malfunction
4. I have downloaded the demo version of LiveCad. How long can I use the demo version before it expires ?
There is no time limit on the LiveCad demo, only its features and databases are limited. You can therefore practice with this demo version as much as you like.

5. I am using the demo version but it blocks after I've created 4 rooms, what can I do ?
This isn't a problem with the software, it is one of the demo version's limitations. The complete version of the software allows you to create an unlimited number of rooms, floors, and buildings for your project.
